Terms and Conditions
Personal Training and Paid Group Classes

1. Payments

  • All payments must be made prior to sessions commencing. Failure to make payment will result in cancellation of the personal training package.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, standing order, or cash.

  • Blocks of 12 sessions must be used within 5 months of purchase.

2. PT Session Cancellations

  • A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for session cancellations. Notifications can be made via email, text message, phone call, or directly to your trainer.

  • Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will result in the session being forfeited without a refund. This policy helps us manage scheduling efficiently and provide opportunities for other clients.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued for outstanding sessions if a client is medically unable to continue training. A GP’s note may be required for verification.

  • Other refund requests are at the discretion of Fit For All’s management.

4. Lateness Policy

  • Clients arriving late for a session will not have their session extended, and the session will still conclude at the scheduled time.

  • If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to the session or to a future session.

5. Health and Safety

  • Fit For All trainers are hold valid public liability insurance.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe exercise environment when sessions are conducted at their premises.

6. Trainer’s Obligations

  • Your trainer will design a fitness program tailored to your lifestyle, goals, fitness level, and medical history.

  • Coaching, supervision, and support will be provided, but results depend on your commitment. Individual outcomes may vary, and no specific result can be guaranteed.

  • All personal data is treated confidentially in accordance with GDPR regulations.

7. Client’s Obligations

  • Both you and your trainer must commit fully to the agreed training program for optimal results.

  • Clients must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) before their first session.

  • Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn during sessions.

  • Clients are responsible for informing the trainer of any medical conditions or health changes that may affect their ability to train safely.

8. Liability

  • Fit For All and its trainers are not liable for injuries resulting from undeclared medical conditions or failure to follow advice.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of purchased sessions and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.

  • The trainer cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All training materials and resources provided by Fit For All are proprietary and protected under copyright law.

  • Clients may use these materials only for personal development and must not reproduce, share, or publish them.

​

11. Amendments to Terms

  • Fit For All reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
